Our apartments are designed in close collaboration with a number of award-winning designers – all are modern open-plan living spaces characterised by an efficient use of space and a contemporary, stylish design. We often source directly from factories in Italy and Germany.
Each apartment comes with a 10-Year Home Owner’s Warranty and is fitted out to a high standard.

We focus on the creation of multi-unit schemes with a friendly community vibe, typically surrounding London and the South East. Our town centre schemes offer attractive local amenities and good transport links into London and other local employment hubs.

We additionally evaluate and purchase strategic land opportunities via our land division, Charlbury Group, where we can be involved in Joint Ventures with land owners, subject to planning opportunities, as well as unconditional purchases.
